Warranty on equipment supplied

One (1) year on all equipment supplied.

Period of service on warranty (where applicable)

  • During the one (1) year warranty period, a periodic Service and Maintenance program would be instituted by our trained personal. This will be done on a quarter annum basis and such services will be primarily consist of complete servicing and re-calibration.
  • Tests under normal working conditions will be carried out thereafter to ensure the adequate working performance of the item equipment.
  • Additionally, a performance data sheet shall be maintained by our Company for each item of equipment so serviced, a copy of which shall be retained by the client.
  • This sheet shall be maintained in sequence of each attendance so as to render a detailed account of our service to the equipment.
  • In support of this, a Service Engineer's report will be furnished at the time of each service attendance as to give an assessment of the equipment's performance to date.

 

Back-up Service (Where applicable)

Our Service Personnel will be available "on-call" for any/all emergency requests with a guaranteed response to such calls. Our response to such requests will include any direct (loan) replacements of circuit boards, power supply(s), source lamps and calibration buffers etc. until such time as the original is replaced on equipment that was supplied by Southern Systems Limited.
